Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 14 days of the date you receive your item(s).
- You may not return or exchange: sale items, lingerie, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
How do I make an Exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. To ensure that your item is not sold out, please call us at 1-888-330-8998 to hold your item(s) or email. Just follow the return instructions and mark the box labeled exchange.
How do I make a Return?
Contact us through phone or email for a return form. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with a tracking number. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for your credit card refund to appear on your statement.
