Return/Exchange Policy applies ONLY to online purchases made through shopredclover.com
Thank you for shopping with shopredclover.com. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange it or refund your payment.
Returns/exchanges are ONLY accepted within 30 days from the date you placed your order.
- You may not return or exchange: sale items, lingerie, sunglasses, and gift certificates.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is nonrefundable.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box.
How do I make an Exchange?
You may exchange an item for another size or even a completely different item. Just follow the return instructions and mark the box labeled exchange.
How do I make a Return?
In your package you will receive directions explaining how to send back your return items. Please fill out the form included in your package and ship it back with your return. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs and it is highly recommended that you send your package with a tracking number. Once your return is processed your credit card will be refunded for the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges incurred. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. By shopping with us you have agreed to the return/exchange policies stated above.
- We process orders within 3 business days of placing your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
